COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
We are excited to welcome you to Distortions Monster World. To ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members, we are closely following all updates regarding COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment, and the City and County of Denver. Our staff follows the cleaning methods and procedures outlined in the CDC guidelines.
We are following CDC and City of Denver guidelines for mask-wearing.
Please observe all social distancing requirements. Onsite signage is in place to help remind you to maintain a 6-foot distance between your party and other visitors.
We have the highest quality air filtration system and have increased daily cleaning and sanitization schedules to help ensure we meet standards set by the CDC. Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the attraction.
Tickets are sold online only to reduce the amount of contact between guests and team members. You are welcome to order your tickets using your phone and present them to the team members when it is your time slot. Note: tickets are non-refundable.
Be aware that capacity limits are in place according to city and state guidelines. Be prepared to arrive early and to be invited to enter in phases to allow proper spacing for all parties. Some delays may occur.
Our retail store is cashless and only accepts credit card payments to reduce the amount of contact between guests and team members.
