You have QUESTIONS, we have ANSWERS…
Is there a coat check?
No. We do not offer coat check service at this time, so plan on carrying your belongings with you or leaving them at home, in your car, etc. before entering. Strollers are not allowed. Remember, you are responsible for whatever you bring into the space!
Is this experience ADA accessible?
Do you accept cash?
Unfortunately, not right now. To limit person-to-person contact, at this time we only accept credit and debit cards.
Do you have a retail store?
Absolutely! We have just the souvenir for you to take home and remember what a great time you had.
Do you have a restroom?
Yes! The Denver Pavilions provides restrooms for guests to use. You can ask one of our team members where the nearest bathroom is.
How long will it take me to go through all the exhibits?
While it differs for everyone, most people will spend around 45 to 60 minutes inside Monster World. We ask that you respect the one-hour time limit to ensure safe occupancy levels.
Can I buy tickets when I get there?
Not at this time. All of our ticketing is done online. You can purchase them easily on your phone, laptop or other devices. You do not need printed tickets. You may purchase a ticket up to one-hour before the start of your time slot.
Can I bring a professional photographer with me?
Of course! You may bring a photographer so long as each visitor has a ticket assigned to their name.
